The front desk staff always with a smile

The front desk staff are ALL amazingly kina and attentive. They assisted in speakings with Airline staff regarding our lost luggage, always with a smile. They were always available for questions and provided great answers. Breakfasts were great and the restaurant staff were welcoming and helpful. Security staff was great too.
